  Extremely rude customer service. They have no leeway on any type of fees. They offer fewer services than big banks yet cause more issues. Have switched back to Chase after 2 years with them.

  Always good to deal with usually. But on this last loan it has been a total headache because of policy changes. In the past I would call explain and the money was there but now u have to sign this sign that get a copy of this which is fine but if your travelling to get a vehicle it's a real pain maybe that will read this and make a change or two to their policy to make it easier on the customer. Oh and I tried calling about my loan 51 times in one day.

  My experience here is great. Some of the staff are rude but the business it's self is great!

  Horrible customer service and customer satisfaction. I Had money eaten by the ATM early in the day YESTERDAY and was nonchalantly told they'd have to check later on or THE NEXT day to see IF my money was in the machine?! What?! Any other bank would have been on that! But, I waited to hear back for a day and decided to go back up to check the following evening since I'd heard nothing! I kid you not, I drove into an empty lot and empty drive-thru and walked in to see ONE of FIVE tellers helping a gentleman with everyone else sitting with 'closed' signs up. Thee same rude woman who had brushed me off the day before rudely interrupted when I started to tell the teller sitting right in front of me, "we haven't gotten to it".... the teller in front of me was sweet, but the response was unconcerned, "we haven't got to it, we've been swamped all day"...... okayyyy but you aren't now! Sooooo??? I'm here right now.... there's plenty of staff for SOMEBODY TO GO GET MY CASH OUT OF THE ATM?!... I stood there puzzled and confused. She looked around... i stood... she looked.. I asked "alright, so when do you guys think you'll be able to check the ATM?"..... her response???? ... "tomorrow"...... obviously I had to write a negative review. We are talking about peoples money... money that people need ACCESS to! That I can't GET OUT OF THE ATM MYSELF. I imagine EVERY CUSTOMERS funds should be of priority. So what you are telling me is that my money isn't as important as Susan's or Joe's?! Because anyone who's come through the drive-thru since my money was eaten had their cash deposited... yet I have to wait because YOUR MACHINE MESSED UP YOUR 'VALUED CUSTOMERS' TRANSACTION YET YOU ARENT CONCERNED?..."We haven't gotten to it yet" Insane.
