- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I lived in Carbondale for three years while going to law school. I found the USPS employees at this location to be super helpful, friendly, and professional. I never had any issues with my mail. The last two years I rented a PO Box at this location. My mail was always promptly delivered. I also mailed lot of packages internationally. The employees always treated me with very nice, despite the fact that entering all the information for an international package into the computer is a pain in the rear end for both the employees and the client. Special thanks goes out to Scott and the other gentleman (I am sorry I cannot remember your name right now, but I believe it started with J) who was always at the very far left of the counter. :)By Siiri Raniero, February 22, 2017
